I made sour dough starter about a week ago, feeding it everyday. Today, day 6 it's smells like stinky socks. It bubbled and doubled in size every time I fed it. But today it got really smelly. Is that supposed to happen. I do know it's sour dough. I just want to know if someone else has any experience with sourdough. I just want to know if I could have done something wrong
