.38 special/.357 magnum reloading

Hey everyone. I'm recently lucked into a couple thousand pieces of .38 brass and a few hundred pieces of magnum for free. I'm loading some of these with xtp bullets for defensive use but I'm open to other options as well. I'm looking for recommendations for good general purpose loads. I'm thinking the "FBI load" for the .38s, a 158 gr SWCHP at +p levels as this is a proven performer.

So feel free to share any of your favorite loads and recipes. Don't worry about pushing the .38s a bit because all my guns are .357 magnum. Looking forward to trying some new loads.
