Preface: my wife does not share my view about the fragility of our modern systems, so am going to store at least a few days of food and water in a shed about to be built. Anything in the house she would find and ask what the heck is this for ?!
Temperatures here (QLD - Aust) can get rather hot, 35-38c is not uncommon in summer.
Does anyone have any practical ideas for keeping a shed - Metal 3M X 3M cool, and the expected food degradation from heat in hot environments ?
