A little over a year later: What's the consensus on the G43?

I emailed Glock and told them if they didn't release it at SHOT last year, I was going to buy an M&P Shield instead. They didn't, so I did. The G43 is not in my future and as much as I love Glock, I have a hard time believing they could do a better job than with the Shield (except for the take down...haha). Also, I believe the capacity is even less than the Shield has.
