In the words of Paul:

The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. (Gal 5:19-21)

It seems we have a conundrum.

Of course, Billy Graham's thoughts have not been included in the Holy Bible.

For me the answer is simple:

Yes ,we are imperfect creatures. Why else would we need saving? I'm going to sin, you're going to sin. We can't help but be sinners for it is in our very nature.

However, once we become new creatures in Christ, we should make every attempt to refrain from our sinful nature. At least, the conscience ones we make willingly.
