My land is almost paid off where I want to build my little hang out cabin. Just an acre of land but it gives me a foothold in the mountains. Still planning on buying my 40+ acre spot way out but for now wouldn't mind putting my little cabin out there. Want to find a pre-built tiny home/cabin and have been having trouble. Needs to be at least 400 sq ft per the hoa in the area. Just want something simple and cheap, that I don't have to build. Gonna put a concrete slab or some footers out there to put it on as I have a decent slope on the property. Let me know what you guys can find. I'm hoping o keep it under $10K if possible. I know it's tight but there's gotta be something. Thanks! Ps: I live in Colorado so shipping costs hopefully won't be to bad. Don't want to have to ship something from FL for example as that can get pricey.
