I'm sure people have disscused this topic before but I have been working on long term food storage with mylar bags and OA and I know that when working with OA you must set up everything first, set aside the OA you are going to use and seal the rest in an air tight container once I've done that I seal the rest of my OA in a mylar bag, but my problem is that they don't seem to take any of the oxygen out of the bag I've done this twice now with two sets of OA thinking that the first batch was bad but now I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong. If you have any suggestions that would be much appreciated.
