U.S. 90% silver coins with collector value.

Hello, today i went through a large part of my silver stash and had a pleasant surprise. I found a silver dollar that has a value of around $530 in average condition. I barely paid spot for it several years back and I would say it is in above average condition. I if I sell it I will get it graded first. I also have a small coin collection but there is no where near the money in my collection that I've put into stacking silver.

So my question to you all is what do you do when you come across a coin with numismatic value that greatly exceeds the silver value? Sell it and buy plain silver? Keep it separate from your regular silver in a collection? Right now I'm thinking I could grade it, sell it, and buy back quite a chunk of silver.
