Does Vegas take bets on elections?

I really don't trust polls,there are so many groups and the way they word questions,they can just get the results that the people paying for it want.

I'm not a gambler,but I've heard they take bets on about anything.Sad to say,but I would trust oddsmakers,that make their living on being right,might be a more accurate gauge?

Anyone know about this?
