Full grown hen with splay leg

I have searched, and found lots on how to fix... baby chicks. I am thinking my hen(4.5 months) slid on a smooth surface and hurt her leg that way. I am not sure how to fix (the supporting wouldn't help a full size hen since she already has her muscles developed to walk right. correct?) I was thinking of the poly-vi-sol w/o iron. She's doing alright, in the hen house right now, eating and drinking. What can I do specifically to keep her happy and healthy and walking right?

She is one of my Black and Copper Marans (with feathered legs) named Koko. They are getting real close to egg laying, so I would like to get her back to 100%.
