Long story short I'm helping out a small family owned cage free operation, and in return I can get up to a couple hundred chickens a year, and all the eggs I want.

Buff Brahman or road island reds, although not necessarily just that.

Catch is I get the layers as they are being culled, or "leftovers" of batches they raised to sell.

I'll probably get like 20 or so for the freezer, give some away, and do a couple runs for the freeze dryer.

Freeze dry a few cases of eggs too.

Trying to figure out how else I can utilize this resource...
