What % of people/guns

What % of people would live(and die) by "from my cold, dead fingers" if, say, Clinton would get in, and say, "no grandfathering, no buy back, no fooling."?

There are alot of guns in this country, so even a % of a % would be alot of fire fights.

But what do you think would go down?
