Klean kanteen vs nalgene ss water bottle

I currently have a klean kanteen 40 Oz water bottle, and while mostly happy with it, it does have a flaw that annoys me and I am wondering if the nalgene is any better.

Because of how the threads are formed, and the top lip being rolled in the klean kanteen has a few small groves that are difficult clean and tend to collect gunk in. I believe this is mostly from using the single serve drink mix packages with it, and wouldn't be a problem if I only drank water from it but that's not the case.

I looked at the nalgene stainless steel water bottles today and it appears that the inside of the mouth is smooth and doesn't have any lips or groves, but I'm not sure and wondering if anyone can confirm this.
