thinking about building a greenhouse

I have a access to unlimited amount of super thermal glass panes. My big concern is that the glass in question is super insulated with an R value of 7. Which is 2-3 times what normal windows are (they are freezer doors). I fill that i might have overheating issues. I have about 3 times the number of doors in the photo and can get more. Anyone built there own? Any one build in a self adjusting window to control heat build up?
