Tl-15 vs vault room.

New here and of course another gun safe topic( sorry)

Myself and my wife are looking at possibly buying a safe or just converting part of our unfinished basement into a small vault room.

The safes we are considering we don't want anything less than a tl-15 rated safe.( sorry all RSC's are junk)

The safe would be the easier option as far as instillation, but the room lets us have a lot more space but is a real pain and pricey. We don't plan on moving so long term it could be a better option.

Not sure really which way to go. Thoughts on pro's/cons of each?
