Got mine yesterday. Can feel the stretch through the left metatarsal area affected by psoriatic arthritis and can feel a good stretch through both calves. There's definitely misalignment in the arthritic foot due to my favoring the inflamed area so the stretch is a little painful--am going to gradually break my feet into the shoes. Otherwise, the shoes are very comfortable.

Toes were beginning to stiffen out of position in the arthritic foot so I'm hoping to avoid overlapping toes.
