Let's talk political implications of changing population demographics

The population is changing, and with that voting is changing. How do you see each party changing to get votes from increasing black, Asian, Middle East, ans Hispanics?

So far it isn't looking great for the GOP, really the only thing they have going for them is the Catholic votes.

Specifically I'm talking towards the future and not this election, but feel free to use the current implications as well.
