Dandelion V Cat's Ear

As far as I know, the only difference between the two plants is that dandelion has one flower per stalk while cat's ear will often have the stem split to have two or three flowers. Besides that they both share the same edibility and everything.

Does anyone know if I'm wrong or have anything to add?
