VIP Account not established

I've paid $50 via AMEX through PayPal 2 days ago and my account hasn't been authorized yet. I've sent two messages via moderator instant message as top banner suggests with no reply.

While not in a hurry, $50 is $50 for the year, so please add the days from the time the account is actually authorized access to VIP areas for the year.
