Best place for Medical Supplies?

I'm working on my medical supplies and am looking for a place that sells the stuff cheap.

Seems like Walmart is the winner whenever I look for something.

I'm currently trying to find some Celox in the 2g packets and the best price I've found is Walmart.

Suggestions?
