Congressional Sexual Harassment's; Disband ?

Given the numerous revelations about sexual misconduct lately about Congressmen, I wonder why we don't take this opportunity to disband Congress via Constitutional Amendment.

Many people falsely think we live in a representative democracy when we live in a Constitutionally-limited republic. With modern technology the people of each State could vote on the issues of the day directly. We could even keep the bicamel legislation, one body of the people at large and another voting block representing 2 per State.

When you think about the perks and pensions of Congressmen we could get rid of a lot of waste. Thoughts?
