Fats In LTS?

Frozen saturated fats ( Coconut ?).

What you can plant :
Sunflowers
Canola
Walnut trees ( ~60 pounds of nuts/year/ tree if <20 trees per acre)
Hazelnut bushes
Argania spinosa ( argan ) in hot climates.

Repack fat powders in mylar/O2 absorber. Store <60F.
Fat powders are typically used to increase storage life.
Typically these are highly satured fats that have been inactivated as much as possibly by removing moisture and unsatured fats and coating the fat micro drops in starch products. Only usefull for in dishes/baking/sauces obviously due to the starch content.

I have no idea what the storage life would be. But that is the only thing I could think off that might lead to longer storage life of fats,
Either freeze the fat or improve storage life as much as possible.

You could blend in some vitamin E for some extra protection if you utilise oils. But oils tend to have more unsaturated fats so less storage life .
