Humidifier capacity for big room w. baseboard heating

Indoor relative humidity without this humidifier is 20%. Small ultrasonic humidifier is blasting a cool mist, it is running 24/7 and uses more than 2 gallons of water per 24h. It is only able to humidify the air to 23% relative humidity, at most 25% very rarely, depending on the outside relative humidity.

Outdoor relative humidity is around 50-55%. Room is big, some 800-900 square feet, w. standard 8ft drywall walls. Baseboard heaters are on 2 walls to the total of 40 linear feet of baseboard heaters. Their temperature is 84-108 Fahrenheit degrees. Room temperature is steady, 75 F degrees / 24 Celsius.

That humidifier is working, its creating a cool mist and shoots it some 2 ft up, like 4 ft above the floor. Hygrometer, humidity measurement unit is not far away, some 3 ft from that geyser of cool mist /water vapor. It is working, a few days ago it did show significant humidity increase to 55%, due to east wind and humid outside air, w. baseboard heating turned off.

I have read that other owner of that humidifier clam its good working and they are pleased, but none of them measured anything. They just see water vapor coming from the humidifier and they feel its good enough.
I could get stronger humidifier, evaporative warm mist unit, but they make those w. 3 gallons tank, that’s how much water those could evaporate per day.

How much water, how many gallons humidifier needs to vaporize daily, in order to get that room to the comfort level of more than 40% relative humidity??

Many thanks to anyone who takes a look at this problem, and best regards to all the people who like it humid and wet.
