Britain 'four meals away from anarchy'...

I read a short article this afternoon hypothesizing life in Britain soon after the electrical grid goes down due to cyberwarfare, EMP, solar storm etc.

It is the opinion of Julius Weitzdörfe, who studies the problem at Cambridge University’s Centre for the Study of Existential Risk, that "a previous study by the UK’s security services had estimated the country is 'four meals away from anarchy' because looting would erupt and civil order would start to break down as soon as people had eaten what they had in their cupboards and fridges."

The article goes on to cite the various consequences of having no power and I couldn't help but get the feeling that with this latest nerve agent hooha with Russia that the Brits are just starting to become aware of possibilities that we here on this board have long pondered on and are working to prepare for.

If there are any preppers here from the UK, I'd love to hear your opinion.
