Roadside IED in Austin

While perhaps not the first in the USA, we're seeing now what appears to be terrorist tactics in Austin.

This is a trip wire victim activated roadside IED. Perhaps related to the package bombs, perhaps not.

Odds are pretty good in my view this is Islamic terrorism. It's their favorite tactic. And it's scary as ****.
