I wanted to share my grandmother's laser cataract surgery mishap story. A year ago, she did the cataract surgery in her left eye in one of best eye hospitals but sadly she lost her vision. It was the surgeon's mistake though. He never checked if she had glaucoma or not. Well, she had glaucoma and the surgery was a total disaster. Well, the thing is my granny's doctor should have treated her glaucoma and made sure that she followed some specific instructions before and after surgery. The surgery needed to be done with utmost care and the eye pressure levels had to be checked every now and then. None of it was done and hence the mess. So basically, no matter how good your doctors are, a little carelessness can cost you something very valuable. So always have your eye tested and your glaucoma/eye pressure tested. Since then I always get my eyes checked at a cataract surgery hospital in San Antonio which is the best. Good day everyone.
