Lot of people around here are "land poor"

7 figure properties.... theoretically, but no buyers and income ~$30k.

Some similar formulas are ~25x expenses. .. heck I forget the rest.

I look at it as less a formula as:
Spending, life ecpectancy, read the Christal ball concerning house repairs, car replacement etc...

Health insurance can throw those numbers way off either way making "simple formulas" worthless...
