Chimney Building

Let's say I buy a house without a chimney, but want one built for a wood stove. I would prefer the look of a brick chimney. I currently have a brick chimney with an orange clay (?) style flue liner, and it works great for me.

Is this still the best route -- clay liner, or is there something that is actually better?

Any ideas what a brick chimney costs to have built these days?
