One was sued, the other politely left when refused service. No legal action.

One is for religious reasons,the other over politics.

The two are not the same.

The baker had every right to not bake a personalized wedding cake, they offered them generic cakes. They were sued and drug over the coals.

If it's the same thing, why isn't the restaurant being sued? If it's the same.
