Friends in apocalyptic/SHTF times..I would count some friends useful and some not so much. I know a "guy" with a large family and bad back, in case of "zombies" coming along all he could do is sleep, be with the family or shoot. But if i had a compound i dont know i would offer a invite as bad as that sounds. Ive got maybe 3 up to 5 id offer invites to, including there families, in the area. They mostly can farm/garden, hunt, fish, have dome skills and been through stuff.
Not all apocalyptic scenarios include all friends, imo.
Do most on here agree? What outside skill types would you hypotheticaly invite into a compound? How many can you count on? Whats a good number? Granted some people may have minimal amount of skill like shooting but that can improve in time and isnt a deal breaker imo but i would hope they can use a gun in general sense, dont you?
Cordinate of the individuals can be difficult and could change over time so im loose and would attempt contact when necessary are others here the same way?
