The 9th circuit Court of Appeals is the go to appellate court for the leftist agenda, as their rulings most always seem to slant liberal.
They do not get it right most of the time,and their rulings are overturned more than 70% of the time.
Yesterday the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a district court ruling.
The 9th circuit ruled Hawaiian citizens can carry outside the home for self defense.
I am pleasantly shocked by their ruling, since they rarely get it right.
Are they suddenly feeling pressured to rule in a constitutional manner?
