Adult Halloween Horror Movies

Since Hawk55732 started one for kids and last night I just saw the best horror movie I have seen in the last 20 years, I thought I would make one for the adults.
Post your favorites; old, new, classic, obscure and cult. Post a trailer if you know how, those are always fun. I will start with the one from last night. Hereditary. Holy cow! I did NOT expect that. This one earns 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I don't think I have given a horror movie that honor since Aliens.
