12v 19inch LED TV?

We have an older TV, maybe 5 yrs old, I bought for one of my kids--she has since outgrown it and gotten a bigger set for her room.

The tv, an Apex L1910, is a 12v tv with an A/C power adapter to plug into the wall.

Where can I get a 12v power cord? My plan is to use this for power outages. I'm testing it today on my new Rockpals 48000mah battery, to see what kind of run time I'll get. Enough for a movie? Enough for just periodic news updates?
