Cast Iron cooking

Anyone into cast iron cooking? Particularly dutch oven, outdoor style with coals on top of and under the pot?

We are getting into this a lot, and I'm thinking it is a good SHTF option, esp in nicer climates/times of year.

There is a guy on youtube, Kent Rollins, that did this for a living as a Chuck Wagon cook. His methods and recipes are amazing.....

We're gonna build an outdoor kitchen at our BOL retreat, anyone done an outdoor kitchen? I'd be interested in some advice, photos etc...
