DVD Audio to CD or Memory Stick

I have some DVD concert videos that are great and would like to "rip" just the audio portions and put them on a CD or memory stick to listen to in my vehicle. I would like to preserve the sound quality of the music as much as possible.

Is there something in standard Windows that would allow me to do that? Or would I need to buy a program?

What settings should I use?
