Guilty: By Reason of Insanity

To be guilty, one has to have done the act with intent. Otherwise the injury was done without intent (accidental). One who does injurious acts while afflicted with mental illness is considered to not have the intention to do harm.

Under modern rules, hospitalize the sick until cured, if possible.
