Understanding different parts

I'm building my first AR and I'm trying to absorb/learn/understand the many different options available and I'm stuck on the buffers and the springs associated with them.

I have an aero precision 16 inch barrel with an aero upper and an Anderson lower.

My goal is to "do it right the first time" with my build with my budget in mind. I don't mind spending or saving up the money for quality buffer and spring.

I'm assuming with a 16 inch barrel that I will have a carbine buffer and spring? If so, who makes a quality buffer and/or spring? I've been eye balling spikes tactical on this and buffer tube.

Will an H or H2 buffer be better?

Sorry for the ton of questions, like I said I want to do this right the first time with quality around my budget.
