What size propane burner?I'm looking to start canning (pressure and water bath) outside. Much easier and cooler than inside my smallish kitchen. My question is what size propane burner? Single or dual burner? There are many different sizes and brands on Amazon,Academy,TSC etc. What do I need for your typical pressure canner and water bath canner? Ill be using the 20gallon propane canisters.
