Beginners-Centric Gun Get Away Puget Sound

Only a couple more years until Mrs. SBD and I move back to our island home in the Puget Sound WA for our next phase after military life.

For years we have been bouncing around the idea of creating a small lodge, rv park, or campground in the Puget Sound area. Lately, I have been thinking of combining that idea with something else I like: Positively introducing people to firearms . It would have to be a small operation and very customer focused. Think-suburban/urban couple who are new firearm owners wanting a remote place to get away for a weekend and get practice or instruction in a relaxed atmosphere-without the range groupies, tactical cool guys, self-appointed-safety officers,etc.....

There will be a lot of challenges like location, legalities, etc.

I am sure you guys and gals have a lot of valuable insight into how such an operation would/would not work and would love to hear your experience or ideas.

No wrong answers, all input appreciated in advance.
