Will Ruth Bader Ginsburg go from hero to zero among leftists?

While they call her the Notorious RBG, liberals/progressives/socialists may be soon cursing Ginsburg.

She is still "recovering" from cancer surgery and a recent fall, has missed oral arguments during a court session for the first time, and at 85...

Let's be honest; she could soon suffer a fate similar to Justice Scalia. It's not unusual for elderly persons to pass in their sleep, and while even a conservative/libertarian like myself wish a long(er) and fruitful life to Ginsburg, there might very well be yet another Trump appointment on the horizon.

Which brings me to my point after a discussion with one of my more liberal friends. She was complaining that Ginsburg should have retired in the fashion of Anthony Kennedy during Obama's second term.

This was even being discussed amongst leftists back in 2014, when Ginsburg was a spry 81:

Now, some leftists are beginning to question the cult of RGB and there is a bit of anger and backlash directed towards her. Even the lefty fringe Mother Jones magazine is participating:

"It’s not considered polite to point this out, but Ginsburg has been falling asleep on the bench during oral arguments for years. Back in 2006, she dozed off during a redistricting argument for a good 15 minutes—long enough for the courtroom artist to sketch her in repose."

Of course, the anger shown to Ginsburg by liberals/progressives/socialists if she dies will be short-lived before it's redirected at Trump, Senate Republicans and whoever the conservative SCOTUS nominee will be...
