State doesn't give anything. It only takes things or prevents you from getting things. It doesn't give you gay marriage, it simply refrains from preventing you from having a gay marriage. Doesn't provide social justice either. In fact it is the instrument of social injustice. Without the state the ruling elite have no way of stopping competition. Watch what happens in a word where anyone can produce a product for themselves or without approval from the preexisting industry, and with no patent and copyright laws enforced at the end of a barrel. Watch what happens when there's not state police and army guarding polluters and the people they knowingly poisoned, or the fraudsters from the people they robbed.

Nope, we can achieve everything that the people want from the state by simply not having a state involved in the issue to begin with.
