Where do I buy MCU-2/P Gas Mask ?

Hey guys. Just wondering where I can buy an MCU-2/P Gas Mask ? I've seen many times the MSA Millennium Gas Mask on its manufacturers webshops (like http://us.msasafety.com) but the MCU-2/P never, only at ebay / amazon, and i don't like to buy "used" MCU-2/P from the ebay / amazon, i'd love to buy a fully new, never issued MCU-2/P from its manufacturer, as many people buy the MSA Millennium Gas Mask.
