Need strong, fast tool to make hole?

I have special need of a tool of some sort to make a fast, roughly 1/4th inch hole in the bottoms of soda bottles. If possible i need it to be small, ie: fit in pouch about 3" X 6".

Ive tried the tools on my Leatherman WAVE that I always carry with me, but the centers of those damn bottles are rounded in a dome shape and harder than stone and resist starting a centered pilot hole.

Im kinda stumped, my permanent brain fog, any help would be great! Thank you!
