Thanks for looking it up Mike.

Glad to help. I'm always on the search for anything to do with better peanut butter powder, powdered eggs, or powdered milk.

I'm a huge fan (JUNKIE!) of peanut butter powder and tomato powder and use both regularly...and to excess!

The stuff that stores the longest, is the stuff that companies like Emergency Essentials sells. Almost every survival food company sells peanut butter powder, and it's essentially all the same. But it's wise to check labels just to make sure. What you're looking for is nothing else listed but the peanut powder itself. If there is added salt, sugar, or anything else, it's meant to be reconstituted with just water, and it's not formulated for longest storage.

Plain peanut powder might not make a great spread with just water added. But toss in a pinch of salt, some sugar if you like it sweeter like commercial peanut butter, and some fat, and it's really good.

What makes it fun is when you start adding other flavors. The first time I made it with coconut oil, I fell in love with it even more and started adding in shredded coconut, maybe a pinch of cinnamon, etc. At that point you start making peanut spreads that even the pickiest member of the group would like.
