1 troy pound silver bar

I bought one of these at the pawn shop where I work last week. It is a "$5 Silver Certificate" design. Anyone familiar with these? I gave $200 for it. I also bought four Morgan Dollars and some assorted 90% quarters and halves. Interested in thoughts on the bar. I have been concentrating on 90% junk and US Eagles.
