The tower project

So, Damonte has had plans to raise a tower for going on two years now. Getting the tower pieces, saving the money, planning the location, waiting for weather... has finally resulted in this.

That is ten feet. Next weekend, the other 40' go up on top. And after that the 5 element 10-15-20 goes up.

This thread will document some of the work involved, the thought process and the results. Hopefully people will enjoy and participate in the conversation.
