Today a bow hunter poaching on private land near Issaquah Washington State shot my friends dog through the neck. They must have left their man card at home because they cut the ends of the arrow and left the dog bleeding in the woods . The owners found the dog and got it to surgery and it looks like he will make it. My question is can you trace a hunter by the remnants of the arrow/bolt ?
