I remember the government (some federal dept. before DHS) spent a few years on a project studying the evacuation of big American cities. I think that information would be of value to people on this forum.

They picked Denver, CO. for the in depth research and sample test project. I think they spent a few years studying and research how to evacuate Denver, before the test. It was a very open to the public test project. Can someone find this study.
