Wanted to purchase a bullet proof vest , capable of stopping all popular hand gun rounds . Say no more than 400 $ something that would net let any one know I had it on ? I imagine that's , hard to do in summer clothes.
I don't know how they are rated as far as stopping power ?
But I am thinking 45 ACP 9mm .38S .357 MAG Would be the worst of what I would encounter in my neck of the woods. From would be thugs.
