Per our county Ambulance SOP:

Since ER's are getting "dinged" if they don't push antibiodics within 30 min if (example used was cut within 6 inches of broken bone)
...I'm sure others..

And some ambulance rides (out here) can take longer...

They are pushing them on the ambulance now.

Sepsis is apparently the #3 killer...

Might behove us to act accordingly.
